Hank is doing just fine! We love him to death! It took a few days for he
and Bailey to get to know each other. I was worried about them getting
along in the very beginning. Bailey has done a fabulous job of sharing his
space. They give kisses now to EACH OTHER!
James and I feel so blessed Hank has entered our lives. We will forever
be indebted to MSRH!

Reunited 2005
Noah is now back with the folks who have loved and cared for him for the last 8 yrs. They drove in from LA and had alot of traffic issues -- took 8.5 hours to get here -- they are staying the night with an uncle and leaving in the morning to return home. This is such a happy ending.

Prim came from Dallas, from a breeder who could not care for her and her
siblings anymore. We are so grateful to have her. She is a blessing.

She continues to do great! She is definitely beginning to play, and greets
us with a lot of enthusiasm when we come in the door, even if we just went
out to check the mail! The vet said she was very healthy and had been well
cared for by you guys. She does adore a tummy rub. My husband and all the
children love her, especially her sweet little face. My 95 year old neighbor
came to our door the other day to ask us a question, and when she saw
Audrey, she simply had to come in and sit with her for about thirty minutes.

Finally have some Austin pictures -- here he is with Scout -- they have become inseparable -- Austin has such long legs -- he is going to be tall one! Fun to be around -- like having a house full of two year olds --

We just love him! He is getting used to us and our daily routine. He loves
to be around me as I am home all day, we go for morning and night walks and
I am training him on sitting, staying & come words of commands, he is doing
great and (he is so smart). which he gets a doggie biscuit! Tressa looks
forward to seeing him after school to play and gives Georgie Hugs and
dresses him up in her butterfly outfit! He refuses to lay on his doggie
cushion and wants to lay on the couch which is a no no in our house (working
on this), he follows me around the house and when he looses me he gets
frantic. Georgie has really changed our life's!

Snooper is doing great and we are enjoying him so much!! He is just the sweetest dog, so wonderfully well behaved and very smart :o) Our last schnauzer was a bit aggressive so I was alway cautious when she was around strange people, but I don't have to worry at all with Snooper. He will give out a few loud barks to let people know he is here, and then he goes about his business. He still has his blue donkey and when he gets excited he will toss it all around the room, chase it and throw it up into the air, it is so funny! After his bath he is especially playful and tosses the donkey from one end of the room to the other!! At night if I am watching t.v. he will come stand beside me and look up with those big eyes which I learned is his way of saying he wants to curl up in my lap! When it is time for bed, he curls up on his bed that is right beside our bed. Lately, since it is getting a bit chilly at night, he likes to be tucked in with his blanket and he curls up snug as a bug in a rug until morning. By the way, he is still a very early riser ~ no need for an alarm clock these days as he wakes us up bright and early each morning with the flapping of his ears!! |

We were able to raise the majority of the monies for this boy over a 6 month period. He is now whole again and lucky boy, his foster Mom & Dad will be adopting him. They took care of alot of his interim needs and really have fallen for this guy. Of course, each day is a new adventure now that Ollie can "see" the world around him. Thanks to everyone who contributed --especially Robin Young who generously gave $1000 in Dec and made the eye surgery possible. Ollie is very special and so are his family -- the Grubbs.
